## About the Role

* Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role.
 * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Alignment with company mission and values (Humility, Empathy, Advocacy, Respect, Teamwork).

Preferred Qualifications

 * CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification.
 * Experience with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
 * Familiarity with cloud-based telephony platforms (such as RingCentral)

The IT Support Technician provides first-line technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in IT support while delivering exceptional customer service., * Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.

 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
