Preferred ServiceNow Certifications * Certified System Administrator (CSA) * Certified Application Developer (CAD) * Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) * Certified Technical Architect (CTA) * Certified Application Specialist certifications relevant to platform capabilities Preferred Experience * Experience supporting federal government agencies. * Experience supporting HHS, CMS, NIH, CDC, FDA, or other federal financial management organizations. * Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and enterprise implementations. * Experience with Zero Trust architecture initiatives. * Experience supporting FISMA, NIST 800-53, ATO, and FedRAMP compliance requirements. * Experience with financial management, reporting, grants, acquisition, or budget systems. * Experience designing enterprise integrations and multi-tenant data models. * Experience mentoring and leading development teams.
