## About the Role

* Masterabschluss in einem MINT-Fach oder in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit IT-Fokus
 * Kenntnis von Architekturmethoden wie TOGAF sowie gängigen IT-Systemen (z.B. ERP, IAM) und Architekturmustern von Unternehmen. Erfahrung mit EA-Tools (z. B. LeanIX, Ardoq, AdoIT, BizzDesign) ist ein Plus
 * Erfahrung in Beratung und Teamarbeit sowie erste Einblicke in Projektleitung, Produktmanagement oder Softwareentwicklung
 * Strukturiertes Erfassen von Herausforderungen, Entwickeln kreativer Lösungen und überzeugendes Argumentieren
 * Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein professionelles Mindset
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum

## Description

* Enterprise Architecture in branchenübergreifenden Projekten vertreten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bereichen wie Change Management, Cyber Security, Governance und Strategy
 * Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Architekturvisionen: Nähe zu IT- und Unternehmensstrategie, Entwicklung von Zielarchitekturen und Erfassen branchenspezifischer Kundenbedürfnisse
 * Methodenkompetenz im EA-Bereich - sowohl in der Ausbildung als auch in der Anwendung auf Projekten - inklusive Konzeption effektiver Unternehmens- und Lösungsarchitekturen
 * Beratung, Begleitung und Coaching von Unternehmen beim Aufbau von Enterprise Architecture sowie Einführung und Nutzung moderner EA-Tools
 * Zusammenarbeit mit führenden EA-Toolherstellern und Umsetzung von Projekten rund um deren Lösungen
 * Mitarbeit bei Angeboten und Kundenentwicklung sowie Arbeit in kleinen Teams (2-3 Personen) in komplexen, teamübergreifenden Projektumfeldern
