Reporting to the IT Systems Supervisor, to provide first-line technical support within a manufacturing and plant environment. This role is responsible for supporting office and production employees with hardware, software, printers, scanners, workstations, basic network connectivity, and remote support issues that impact daily operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicates effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of minimizing downtime to keep plant and business systems running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career while gaining hands-on experience supporting both office and production operations.
