Join our team as a NOC Network Solutions Engineer and drive the strategic evolution of our network systems., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 8+ years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or solutions development. * Expertise in enterprise networking protocols, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs. * Advanced knowledge of network security principles and solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption. * Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, mission-critical network systems. * Strong understanding of hybrid and cloud networking environments (e.g., AWS, Azure). * Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable. * Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams., * Must be within driving distance of Lorton, VA, or willing to relocate (Relocation Assistance Package Available). * Must be willing to work onsite. * Must have an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance * Must be willing to work non-standard hours, including on-call duties. * Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, etc.).
