The AFX (AWS Field Experience) Customer Relationship Management CRM) team, is looking for a passionate, innovative, committed, results-oriented Salesforce Developer to design, architect and build solutions, bringing industry best practices/standards, defining metrics, solving complex business problems for our field team to manage, maintain and operate at scale. The person will be working on the latest Salesforce technologies; you will also have the opportunity to work with AWS Services to innovate in the space of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You'll be chartered with building applications that deliver critical capabilities to the field and embed operational knowledge and encode best practices into everything we do. In addition, as part of the broader AWS Sales and Marketing organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader cloud strategy for AWS and potentially future AWS products., * As a Salesforce Developer in SMGS-AFX group, you will architect, design and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Sales and operations teams in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders within/external the Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) organization. * You will provide solution for our CRM and native AWS tools/applications to automate, optimize, quote to cash transactional workflows, improving operational efficiency.
