## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Telekommunikation, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Mobilfunk, insbesondere 2G, 4G und 5G
 * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Funknetz, Transportnetz und Applikationen
 * Erfahrung oder gutes technisches Verständnis im Umfeld von GSM-R, FRMCS und Mission Critical Services
 * Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Abwicklung technischer Projekte
 * Kenntnisse des regulatorischen und rechtlichen Rahmens im Bereich Telekommunikation
 * Erfahrung mit Standardisierung, Spezifikationen oder Gremienarbeit
 * Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie professionelles Auftreten
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Reisebereitschaft im projektbezogenen Ausmaß

Darüber hinaus sind folgende Erfahrungen von Vorteil:

 * Kenntnisse des Bahnbetriebs oder Erfahrung im Bahn-/Mobilitätsumfeld
 * Betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
 * Erfahrung in Projekten rund um kritische Infrastruktur

## Description

* Beratung unserer Kunden zu Technologien, regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Rollout- und Migrationsstrategien im Telekommunikationsumfeld
 * Projektleitertätigkeiten in anspruchsvollen Telekommunikationsprojekten im Bereich kritischer Infrastruktur
 * Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung moderner Telekommunikationsnetze
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Regelwerken, Spezifikationen und technischen Grundlagen
 * Unterstützung bei der Zertifizierung nach Telekom-Standards, insbesondere durch strukturierte Aufbereitung relevanter Dokumente
 * Mitarbeit in Gremien und Standardisierungsinitiativen im Telekommunikationsbereich
 * Durchführung von Risikobewertungen im Bereich kritischer Infrastrukturen
 * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen, Vorträgen und fachlichen Beiträgen bei Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, technischen Fachbereichen, Projektpartnern und relevanten Stakeholdern
