 * Du bringst ein Grundverständnis von Projektmanagement-Methoden (klassisch und/oder agil) mit - eine erste Zertifizierung ist ein Plus
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und bist lernbereit mit dem Ziel, perspektivisch mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen
 * Du kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und fühlst Dich in der Abstimmung mit Kunden wohl
 * Du hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit IT-Projekten im öffentlichen Sektor, Gesundheitswesen oder im Infrastruktur-/Rollout-Umfeld
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität im Rahmen projektbedingter Einsatzzeiten

## Description

* Die Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung (z. B. Rollout einzelner Standorte inkl. Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung) gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
 * Du stimmst dich mit Kunden, Kliniken und internen Teams ab und unterstützt bei der Ressourcenplanung und beim Projektcontrolling
 * Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung von Zeit, Qualität und Budget und behältst dabei auch die Projektrisiken im Blick
 * Du unterstützt aktiv im Rollout und arbeitest in flexiblen Einsatzzeiten entsprechend der Projektanforderungen
 * Perspektivisch übernimmst du schrittweise mehr Verantwortung bis hin zur eigenständigen Projektleitung
