## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. HAS/HAK/HTL/…)

## Description

* Koordination und zentrale Kommunikationsdrehscheibe für das IT-Team sowie Schnittstelle zu Rektorat, Fakultäten, Shared Services (z.B. HR, Finance, Marketing) und internationalen Standorten
 * Organisation und Steuerung des IT-Servicedesks , einschließlich Ticket-Dispatching sowie Support für Mitarbeiter*innen per Telefon, E-Mail, Remote und vor Ort.
 * Verantwortung für das IT-Asset- und Inventory-Management , inklusive Beschaffung von Hard- und Software sowie Verwaltung der Mobil- und Festnetztelefonie, sowie Vertragsmanagement
 * Organisatorische & administrative Unterstützung des CIO und des IT-Teams , insbesondere bei Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Budgetplanung, Forecasts
 * Erstellung von IT-Dokumentationen , Prozessen, Policies, SOPs und Protokollen
 * Mitarbeit bei IT- und Organisationsprojekten (z.B. MS-Teams-Integration, Berechtigungsvergaben, Prozessdigitalisierung, NIS2)
