 * Einrichtung und Betrieb von Monitoring-Lösungen (z. B. Checkmk, PRTG)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, Partnern (z. B. Veeam, VMware, Microsoft) sowie Kolleg:innen innerhalb der ACP Gruppe
 * Analyse und Lösung komplexer Störungen im 2nd und 3rd-Level-Support
