## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der IT/OT Cyber Security, SOC oder SIEM
 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen Security-Plattformherstellern wie Microsoft, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Elastic o.Ä.
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Cybersecurity-Lösungen
 * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Incident Response, Threat Hunting oder Detection Engineering
 * Projekterfahrung in der Steuerung von Kundenprojekten oder technischen Workstreams
 * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau)
 * Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine und Projektphasen

Nice-to-haves:

 * Projektmanagement-Methoden oder Zertifizierungen (z. B. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA)
 * Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, SC-100, SC-200, GCIH, GCIA, Splunk oder Elastic

## Description

Unser Cybersecurity-Team unter der Leitung von Peter Frisch arbeitet mit rund 40 Kolleg:innen an SIEM-, SOC- und Managed Detection & Response-Projekten. Im Fokus stehen Security Operations Center, Sicherheitsarchitekturen, Security Transformationen sowie Automatisierungs- und KI-Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen.., * Konzeption, Umsetzung und Leitung moderner SOC-, SIEM- und MDR-Projekte

 * Erstellung von Zielbildern, Roadmaps und Security-Operating-Modellen
 * Steuerung europäischer Delivery-Teams und Zusammenarbeit mit deutschsprachigen Kolleg:innen
 * Durchführung von Workshops mit Security-Verantwortlichen, technischen Teams und Management-Stakeholdern
 * Entwicklung von Detection-Strategien, Log-Source-Konzepten und Security Monitoring Frameworks
 * Unterstützung von Angebotsprozessen, Ausschreibungen, Kundenpräsentationen und Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten
 * Einsatz innovativer Technologien im Bereich Security Automation, AI-driven Detection und Security Analytics
