* Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en ervaring met front-end en back-end (mainframe) analyses in de rol van functioneel analist.
 * Dankzij sterke analytische vaardigheden weet je E2E-businessprocessen te doorgronden.
 * Net zoals je collega's hou je ervan om doelen te bereiken als team. Ze leren je snel kennen als een ondernemend iemand, die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en positief ingesteld is.
 * Je hebt een scherpzinnige, pragmatische aanpak. Zo kom je ook tot minder voordehandliggende oplossingen voor uitdagingen.
 * Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
 * Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de ins en outs van betaaloplossingen en hebt interesse in AI.
 * Idealiter kan je reeds vlot overweg met Jira, Confluence en tools als Draw.io, SQuirrel (sql), Figma en Visio.

## Description

* Je werkt samen met IT- en business-specialisten aan concrete toepassingen die de betaalervaring van onze klanten naar een steeds hoger niveau tillen. Jouw rol daarin is een brugfunctie tussen de bussiness- en IT collega's van je eigen team.
 * Je verzoent de meerwaarde en optimale gebruikersflow voor de klant met de technische mogelijkheden.
 * Samen met product owner en procesmanager ga je op zoek naar de gewenste oplossing, beschrijf je de functionele vereisten E2E en vertaal je die naar een functioneel ontwerp.
 * Daarna overleg je met je technisch collega's om tot een kwalitatieve implementatie te komen, zowel op frond-end als mainframe.
 * Samen met de applicatiebeheerders stel je een test-aanpak op.
