* Rechenzentrumsbetrieb: Projektierung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur inkl. virtualisierter Serverumgebungen, Hypervisoren, Citrix- und Microsoft Active Directory-Diensten
 * Netzwerk & Security: Administration und Konfiguration von Switches, Firewalls und Netzwerktechnik an den Standorten Laubach, Friedrichshütte und Wilnsdorf-Wilden; Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Security-Strategie inkl. Berechtigungskonzepten
 * Client- & Service-Management: Patch-Management, Software-Rollout, Kompatibilitätssicherung sowie Automatisierung wiederkehrender Serviceanfragen zur Steigerung der Servicequalität

 * Backup, Monitoring & Dokumentation: Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Backup- und Monitoring-Systeme; Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Weitere Bereiche: Druckermanagement/MPS, Assetmanagement inkl. Lifecycle, Benutzer- und Zugriffsverwaltung, Second-Level-Support, Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Teilnahme an der IT-Rufbereitschaft
