## Description

* Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft mit Fokus auf SAP SuccessFactors
 * Betreuung und Ausbau von SuccessFactors-Modulen (z. B. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Übersetzung von Anforderungen aus HR in Lösungskonzepte sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung
 * (Teil-) Projektleitung in SuccessFactors-Themen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, IT und externen Partnern
 * Steuerung von Dienstleistern sowie Sicherstellung der Übergabe in Betrieb und Support (inkl. Schulungen)
