We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a multi-domain software team building embedded firmware, HMI/SCADA systems, instrument applications, and cloud-connected mobile/web platforms for cutting-edge agricultural equipment. As part of the Biosystems Engineering R&D organization, you will drive technical vision, team growth, and delivery excellence across a full-stack, AI-infused product portfolio. The successful candidate is a forward-thinking, strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of real-time systems and modern application development. They rigorously evaluate possibilities, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and maintain a big-picture perspective while driving innovation. This is a hybrid role in the Windsor, WI area with a minimum requirement of three (3) days a week on-site. The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $160,000 USD.
