## Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team in our Poole office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive efficient and responsive technical support.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of service across the business, assisting with both onsite and remote support, and maintaining IT infrastructure in line with operational and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 * Provide IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting software, hardware, phones, and printers
 * Build, configure, and deploy PCs and other devices
 * Manage desk moves, including network patching and equipment setup
 * Administer user accounts and access permissions
 * Support and manage Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
 * Deliver effective remote support for users across different locations
