* AWS (CDK or Terraform)
 * GitLab CI / ArgoCD
 * ECS Fargate / Lambda
 * Aurora PostgreSQL / Redis
 * Datadog / OpenTelemetry / PagerDuty

They're looking for someone with strong AWS experience and solid CI/CD chops. GitLab is preferred but not a dealbreaker if you've got the rest of the stack. Ideally you'll also have some background in fintech, payments, or another regulated environment, though we'd still want to hear from strong platform engineers without that specific exposure if everything else lines up.
