Desirable Experience: * Direct experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, including configuration and administration. * Experience within a consultancy, professional-services or project-based organisation. * Understanding of project accounting concepts including WIP, revenue recognition, time recording and billing. * Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports. * Exposure to system integrations using ODBC, SQL or APIs. * Experience with Power Query or other data-transformation tooling. * Experience with Xero or a comparable cloud accounting platform. * A relevant finance, accounting, systems or data qualification. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Manager to take ownership of our financial and project-management systems and lead the next phase of their development. Having implemented Deltek Vantagepoint in April 2025, we are now focused on delivering a significant system upgrade, expanding platform capability and driving the financial integration of our growing acquisition pipeline. This is a hands on leadership role that requires both strategic oversight and the technical depth to get things done. You will take the lead on planning and executing the Vantagepoint upgrade, owning the project from scoping and testing through to go-live and post-implementation review. Alongside this, you will play a central role in onboarding new acquisitions, designing and delivering financial data migrations, aligning chart of accounts structures and ensuring new entities are embedded into our systems and processes with minimal disruption. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT and the wider business, acting as the internal authority on Vantagepoint and the go-to lead for all significant systems change., * Take ownership of the Deltek Vantagepoint platform, acting as the internal subject-matter expert and primary point of escalation for all system-related matters. * Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the Vantagepoint system upgrade, managing workstreams across Finance, IT and the implementation partner. * Lead the financial systems integration of new acquisitions.
