## Description

As an Insight & Reporting Analyst, you'll support the delivery of high-quality management information, dashboards and insight across the Customer and Operations divisions.

Produce monthly and quarterly MI and reporting outputs, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and aligned to governance standards
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools, helping to improve automation and efficiency
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and emerging themes, contributing to clear and structured insight for governance forums and senior stakeholders
