Preferred: * Experience with Computer Networking. * Python, Bash, or other scripting languages experience. * Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS. * An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field. This team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, working hands-on in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients., The Data Centre Technician will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data centre operations. This position involves hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair, and includes maintenance of data centre operations to ensure service availability. You will be responsible for root cause analysis of failures, training internal teams, and developing documentation or scripts to update server and networking hardware.
