In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a crucial part in bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring that our innovative ideas come to life in high-quality, accessible ways., * Collaborate closely with designers and developers to translate design intent into production-ready code.

 * Build high-fidelity prototypes and front-end UI components that are performant and accessible.
 * Establish best practices for design-to-development workflows, ensuring consistency and quality.
 * Conduct QA checks and code reviews to uphold our design system standards.
 * Support testing and iteration of prototypes based on user feedback.
