This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement. You'll work directly with customers, partners, product teams and software engineers to solve integration challenges, influence product direction and help deliver modern API and AI capabilities. As the platform evolves, you'll also play an important role in AI-powered workflows, MCP integrations and developer tooling, helping define how customers build on top of the platform. The Role You'll become the technical bridge between customers, engineering and product. Working with external partners and internal development teams, you'll help customers integrate with the platform, influence API design and identify opportunities to improve the developer experience. This is far more than a support role-you'll have genuine input into product decisions, API strategy and the evolution of AI-powered platform capabilities.
