## About the Role

* Experience in software testing, quality assurance or a related validation role
 * Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and best practices
 * Working knowledge of test case design, execution and defect reporting
 * Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
 * Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
 * Proficiency with common testing tools and test management platforms

Nice-to-have skills and experience could include:

 * Exposure to automated testing frameworks or scripting languages
 * Experience in Agile or iterative development environments
 * Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
 * Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools
 * Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent
