Desirable skills and experience: * Experience delivering continuous improvement and innovation within the rail industry. * Understanding of information and data governance, master data management and metadata. * Experience developing reports and Power BI dashboards. * Understanding of BIM and the information lifecycle. * Experience with Signal or similar digital solutions for resource management, supply chain integration and business process automation. ## Description We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Business Change Manager to lead business change, continuous improvement and innovation activity on our Central Rail Systems Alliance joint venture. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how teams work, improve operational performance and deliver meaningful efficiencies across safety, quality, time and cost. This role is based in our Aston depot, Birmingham.
