 * La définition de la stratégie d'intégration et la définition de la roadmap de construction incrémentale de la solution
 * Le pilotage de l'équipe intégration en mode Agile (Scrum) pour assurer la bonne exécution avec l'équipe de tous les travaux d'intégration :
 * La définition des tests et des moyens de tests avec la traçabilité des exigences
 * La mise en œuvre des bancs de tests pour les tests fonctionnels, de performance et de sécurité
 * Le développement des outils de tests et la préparation les données de tests
 * La réalisation des tests d'intégration
 * L'automatisation de tests avec une vision pragmatique maximisant le retour sur investissement
 * L'analyse système avec des équipes d'experts logiciel, sécurité, IT pour caractériser les problèmes et en obtenir la résolution
 * Le déploiement de la solution chez nos clients à l'international et la réalisation de la recette avec nos clients
 * La capitalisation des bonnes pratiques et la participation aux actions de progrès
