## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics
 * Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, IT, Supply Chain, or Regulatory environments
 * Relevant experience in data- or process-driven roles
 * Hands-on experience with SAP systems and enterprise data environments
 * Strong understanding of business processes and data lifecycle management
 * Knowledge of data quality, data integrity, and compliance requirements
 * Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data and process-related issues
 * Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
 * Fluent in English (written and spoken)
 * High level of accuracy, reliability, and structured working approach

## Description

* Support the implementation, execution, and governance of business processes (Business Process Management)
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT
 * Contribute to Data Management and Data Governance initiatives to ensure high data quality
 * Act as first-level support for business-related system issues and process inquiries
 * Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities in master data-driven processes
 * Support the execution of mass data updates (mass changes) in enterprise systems
 * Analyze and resolve data-related issues to maintain operational efficiency
 * Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems and processes
 * Track and manage incident resolution, including stakeholder communication and status updates
 * Drive continuous process improvement (CPI/KVP) across business and data management activities
