 * Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie hohe Problemlösungs- und Methodenkompetenz
 * Bereitschaft zum partnerschaftlichen Austausch auf Augenhöhe

## Description

* Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen nach abgeschlossenem Anforderungsmanagement sowie deren eigenverantwortliche technische Umsetzung
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender und zukünftiger SAP-HCM-Prozesse mit Fokus auf Qualität und Effizienz
 * Durchführung des Customizings und Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs angebundener HR-Anwendungen
 * Sicherstellung der SAP-Governance-Compliance sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Hinweiseinspielungen
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister und weiterer Ressourcen mit hohem Maß an Eigenverantwortung
 * Ansprechpartner über alle Support-Level hinweg (First, Second und Third Level)
 * Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung von SAP SuccessFactors zur Gestaltung moderner HR-Prozesse
