* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, IT-System-Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung und konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung als IT-Servicetechniker sammeln.
 * Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Windows Server-und Clientbetriebssystemen und Netzwerktechnologien.
 * Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und hast bereits Erfahrung in der Dokumentation eines Ticketsystems.
 * Du bist kommunikationsstark und in hohem Maße kundenorientiert, sowie ausgesprochen teamorientiert.
 * Du zeichnest dich durch Dein Organisationstalent aus, Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und zielorientiert.
 * Du scheust nicht davor zurück neue Systeme und Anwendungen kennenzulernen.
 * Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Du betreust unsere Kunden vor Ort oder per Fernwartung.
 * Du bist zuständig für die Administration von Microsoft Servern, Client-Anwendungen und Netzwerktechnologien.
 * Du installierst und konfigurierst Softwareprodukte und führst Reparaturen und Wartungen durch.
 * Du übernimmst die Einweisung der Kunden in die Bedienung der eingesetzten und installierten Technik und dokumentierst die durchgeführten Leistungen.
