 * Du dokumentierst Prozesse und unterstützt beim Aufbau einer strukturierten Wissensbasis
 * Du analysierst unsere Softwarelizenzen und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale
 * Du unterstützt den 1st-Level-Support für ausgewählte Business-Applikationen
 * Du arbeitest an kleineren Projekten im Bereich Application Management und IT Service Management mit
 * Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen rund um unsere Applikationslandschaft
