## About the Role

## Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP/SAP Payroll) and solid experience in Employee Central (EC). Knowledge of EC Time Management is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be ECP certified and capable of supporting payroll operations, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements., Payroll & EC Core:

 * Configure and support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP HCM Payroll
 * Execute end-to-end payroll processing including payroll runs and validations
 * Work on payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
 * Maintain Employee Central data including Job Info, Compensation, and employee lifecycle

EC Time (Good to Have):

 * Support EC Time Management (Time Off / Time Sheet)
 * Handle time evaluation and payroll integration
 * Ensure accurate leave and attendance processing

Implementation & Support:

 * Participate in implementations, rollouts, and support projects
 * Analyze business requirements and create functional designs
 * Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT)
 * Provide production support and resolve incidents
