What you will do: * Performance Optimisation & Analytics: lead site performance optimisation through advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights. * Monitoring & Growth Analysis: monitor key metrics such as traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement. * Analytics Tools & Tracking: leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to track, measure, and analyse website performance. * A/B Testing & CRO: implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve user engagement and conversion performance. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with marketing, UX, and development teams to enhance user experience and overall site effectiveness. * Tag Management & Data Accuracy: ensure accurate website tracking, including the setup and management of tags in Google Tag Manager for reliable data collection.
