* Unterstützung für den Account Manager als technischer Ansprechpartner
 * Mitarbeit und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
 * Übernahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von technischen Anfragen, die vom First Level Support weitergeleitet werden
 * Problemanalyse und Ursachenbehebung
 * Aktualisierung und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank und der Dokumentation
