This role will provide strategic and operational leadership for End User Services, collaboration and productivity technologies, workplace systems, and the overall digital employee experience across the organization. This role will be accountable for leading service desk/helpdesk operations, endpoint and mobile services, collaboration platforms, conference room and AV technologies, employee lifecycle support, digital workplace transformation, and enterprise AI enablement. The Director will partner closely with business teams to assess needs, implement and optimize systems, simplify workflows, and identify practical opportunities to apply AI, automation, and modern workplace technologies across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a technically adept, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment.
