* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
 * 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering, technical services, maintenance, manufacturing operations, or a related technical environment.

 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
 * Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

 * Coordinate planned maintenance activities and provide technical support to maintenance technicians.
 * Manage engineering change controls, technical documentation, and asset lifecycle activities.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and productivity.
 * Investigate equipment issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective actions.
 * Support internal and external audits while maintaining inspection-ready engineering systems.
 * Lead or contribute to capital projects, including equipment installation, commissioning, and handover.
 * Develop maintenance strategies, spare parts plans, and key performance indicators for critical assets.
 * Support qualification and requalification activities, ensuring validated and compliant operations.
 * Collaborate across functions to enhance technical services, utilities, infrastructure, and site performance.
