## Description

We are seeking a Senior IAM Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, AWS, and cloud infrastructure operations. This is a highly operational role focused on maintaining, automating, and improving IAM services while ensuring platform reliability, security, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities

 * Manage and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations.
 * Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory environments.
 * Automate operational processes using scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
 * Execute infrastructure rehydration, rebuilds, and recovery activities.
 * Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
 * Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation.
 * Work with AWS cloud services to support secure and scalable infrastructure.
 * Utilize Git and Jenkins for source control and deployment automation.
 * Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability tools such as New Relic.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of IAM services.
 * Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, and application teams to support operational requirements.
 * Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle management.
 * Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvements.
 * Follow SRE best practices to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
