## Description

* We are looking for an experienced COBOL Technical resource to lead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale mainframe applications., * Must drive development and maintenance using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2/IMS
 * Lead solution design, code reviews, and technical decision-making
 * Must understand Agile methodologies and DevOps for mainframe
 * Perform complex impact analysis and ensure high-quality delivery
 * Mentor and guide developers; enforce coding standards and best practices
 * Coordinate with architects, business analysts, QA, and production support teams
 * Own end-to-end delivery for assigned modules, including release readiness
 * Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
 * Participate in legacy modernization and mainframe-to-Java/cloud initiatives
 * Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
 * Having Assembler experience is an additional advantage
