Experience implementing testing strategies using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress. Experience modernizing legacy front-end applications and improving developer experience. ## Description This role is responsible for leading the design and development of modern, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping front-end architecture, defining engineering standards, and delivering scalable, accessible, and user-centric web experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, UX, Backend, and Platform teams to build robust UI solutions and drive excellence in front-end engineering practices across the organization., Lead the design and development of complex, user-facing web applications using React and TypeScript. Own front-end architecture decisions including state management, routing, and application structure. Develop scalable, reusable UI components leveraging existing design system foundations. Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate design requirements into high-quality, production-ready interfaces. Define and enforce front-end engineering standards, including coding conventions, testing practices, and component architecture. Optimize application performance, including Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering efficiency, and runtime behavior. Implement responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible user interfaces.
