This role acts as an expert technical resource ensuring the stability of the system for lab operations. This person will also analyze issue s related to any performance, optimizing laboratory and digital workflows, and translating complex requirements into robust technical solutions. The individual will be a subject matter expert on process flows, code, and business logic, ensuring the LIMS platform supports operational excellence, compliance, and strategic growth. His role will collaborate broadly with Quality, Lab Operations, Customer Experience, and Data Governance, Analytic teams (Cross-functional) to ensure operational readiness, clear documentation, and effective incident response. Continuous improvement is expected through workflow automation, instrument, and platform integrations (along with Sequencing integrations), and best practices in secure coding, data integrity, observability, and release management.
