## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise technology environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating high-quality technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting large-scale IT transformation initiatives. Responsibilities

 * Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for IAM platforms, enterprise applications, and security solutions.
 * Create user guides, process documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and implementation guides.
 * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and leadership teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
 * Support Agile software development teams by documenting features, workflows, and system changes.
 * Ensure documentation follows organizational standards, best practices, and version control processes.
