Responsabilités : * 1. Exploitation & production IT + Superviser l'infrastructure (serveurs, virtualisation, réseau) + Garantir : o Disponibilité des systèmes o Sauvegardes et PRA o Patching et mises à jour + Gérer incidents, problèmes et changements 2. Pilotage des prestataires + Piloter les prestataires externes (support, exploitation, delivery) + Suivre les contrats et SLA + Gérer les relations : o Opérateurs (Orange, SFR) o Sécurité (Advens, SNS, etc.) + Arbitrer internalisation vs externalisation 3. Support & satisfaction utilisateurs + Organiser le support (N1/N2) + Suivre les tickets (GLPI / ITSM) + Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance + Piloter l'amélioration continue du service 4. Gestion du parc & postes de travail + Superviser : o Déploiement des postes o Gestion du parc matériel o Outils de déploiement (MDT, master) + Optimiser les coûts et le cycle de vie 5. Réseau & sécurité opérationnelle + Superviser : o Firewall, VPN, flux réseau o WiFi, téléphonie + Suivre les incidents de cybersécurité + Assurer le lien avec le RSSI et le SOC 6. Projets IT + Piloter les projets locaux : o Ouvertures de sites o Renouvellement matériel o Migration réseau / infra + Contribuer aux projets groupe 7.
