## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Minimum 3+ years of experience in:

 + Desktop support
 + Computer deployment
 + Technical support or related IT field
 * Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop systems
 * Basic knowledge of imaging and deployment processes
 * Experience setting up peripherals and workstation components
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 * Ability to lift and move computer equipment
 * Reliable transportation for travel within the county

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in large-scale PC refresh or deployment projects
 * Experience with tools such as:
 + SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot
 * Experience in enterprise, government, or public sector environments
 * Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking troubleshooting
 * Experience with asset tracking and inventory systems

## Description

Maricopa County is seeking PC/LAN Technicians to support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program for the Judicial Branch. This role involves deploying and replacing desktop/laptop systems, providing onsite technical support, and ensuring smooth rollout of IT equipment across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities

 * Deploy and configure desktop and laptop computers
 * Perform system imaging, workstation setup, and hardware replacement
 * Install peripherals including monitors, docking stations, and printers
 * Provide onsite technical support to end users during deployment activities
 * Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Track inventory and update ticketing and asset management systems
 * Follow deployment schedules and ensure timely rollout completion
 * Maintain accurate documentation of completed work
 * Travel to various Judicial Branch locations within Maricopa County
