* Commercial experience developing with Thermo Fisher SampleManager (v12.1 v or 21.3)
 * Strong SampleManager configuration and customisation experience
 * VGL development experience
 * C# /.NET development skills
 * Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
 * Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services
 * Experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Experience working with laboratory users and business stakeholders

## Description

As a Lead Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing, configuring and integrating Thermo Fisher SampleManager. Working across the full software development lifecycle, you'll help deliver enhancements, integrations and platform upgrades whilst ensuring compliance within a regulated laboratory environment.

You will be responsible for:

 * Developing and customising Thermo Fisher SampleManager
 * Configuring workflows, entities, forms, reports and dashboards
 * Developing integrations with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems
 * Building and supporting REST/SOAP and API integrations
 * Writing and optimising SQL queries and database components
 * Supporting migration activities from Oracle to PostgreSQL
 * Troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis
 * Collaborating with laboratory users and technical stakeholders
 * Supporting testing, validation and deployment activities
 * Producing technical documentation and supporting system governance
