We are looking for people who are curious, collaborative and driven by making a real difference, people who want to build something that matters., As the Digital Forensics, Communications Data and CCTV Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality digital investigation services that support the organisation’s operational and strategic objectives. You will act as a champion for digital capabilities, promoting their effective use across all levels and ensuring colleagues understand how these services can enhance investigations and decision-making. A key part of the role is establishing and maintaining robust governance. You will design and implement standard operating procedures and policies that reflect legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance across all digital forensic, communications data and CCTV activity, * Advocating and promoting digital investigation services and capabilities to the organisation at all levels to make use of the service and support the delivery of our aims and objectives. * Identifying opportunities and resources to support technical knowledge and capability of the digital investigation team to develop and provide an improved service. * Devising and implementing standard operating policies, procedures, and processes based on legal and regulatory requirements in order to maintain quality standards. * Collaborating with all our partners digital investigation teams to share good practice and maintain expertise. * Devising and implementing standard operating policies, procedures, and processes based on legal and regulatory requirements in order to maintain quality standards and effectively manage the digital investigation team's technical operations. This role has an expectation that you will be able to attend the Nottingham office, where the Digital Lab is situated on a regular basis., We'll assess you against these behaviours during the selection process: * Managing a Quality Service * Working Together * Making Effective Decisions, A reserve list may be held for a period of 12 months from which further appointments can be made. Hybrid Working At FWA, we are proud to be able to offer our people the opportunity to work in a hybrid way which combines working from home and the office. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement, and your allocated office will be your contractual place of work.
