About the Role This is not a traditional graduate software engineering role. We're looking for someone with exceptional motivation, curiosity and ambition who wants to accelerate their career by working directly with the founder on a real healthcare technology platform. You don't need years of commercial experience. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, learns quickly, embraces AI-assisted development, and wants to build software that has a real impact on patient care. You will work closely with: * The Founder and Product Owner * Experienced third-party software developers * Clinical and healthcare advisors * UI/UX designers * External technology partners You will be expected to grow into a technical product engineer with increasing ownership over time. What You'll Be Doing Software Development * Develop backend services using Laravel * Build responsive user interfaces using React * Work with MySQL databases * Build REST APIs * Integrate third-party services AI-Assisted Development You'll be encouraged to use modern AI development tools including: * ChatGPT * Claude * GitHub Copilot * Cursor * Windsurf * Other AI coding assistants We believe AI should make developers more productive.
