* 3+ years' experience working with student information systems (SITS) or comparable education technology platforms
 * Strong understanding of education sector workflows, the student lifecycle and academic administration processes
 * Experience with system configuration, SQL scripting, reporting tools and data management within education environments
 * Problem-solving capability and attention to detail in a regulated, data-sensitive context
 * Effective communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
 * Willingness to support continuous learning and professional development within education technology

## Description

* Supporting the maintenance and operation of student information systems (SITS) and related education technology platforms
 * Troubleshooting system issues, user problems and data discrepancies within education management environments
 * Contributing to system configuration, customization and enhancement projects
 * Collaborating with academic administration, student services and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
 * Documenting system changes, processes and technical specifications
 * Supporting testing and deployment of system updates and new features
