## About the Role

This role is ideal for developers with around 5-6 years' experience who want to deepen their technical skills, work on meaningful financial systems, and play a hands-on part in bringing AI into a regulated banking environment., * 5-6 years' professional experience developing enterprise systems in C#/.NET.

 * Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
 * Hands-on experience building web UIs with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly).
 * Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs and modern architectural patterns.
 * Interest in AI, automation or data-driven features within financial systems.

## Description

You'll develop C#/.NET applications, build modern Blazor interfaces, and work extensively with SQL Server across large, data-rich banking systems. Alongside core development, you'll support the engineering team in identifying where AI can improve automation, customer experience, fraud detection, analytics and operational efficiency.

This is a growth role with strong mentorship, technical ownership and exposure to AI integration projects., * Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications used across retail banking operations.

 * Build responsive, modern front-end interfaces using Blazor.
 * Work with SQL Server to design schemas, write performant queries and optimise data access.
 * Support the introduction of AI-powered features into existing products and workflows.
 * Collaborate with senior engineers, product teams and data specialists to define AI use cases.
 * Contribute to code reviews, testing, CI/CD and secure development practices.
 * Help modernise legacy components and migrate systems toward cloud-ready architectures.
