* Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten mit, sehr gerne bereits mit Fokus auf ein bis zwei Technologien bzw. Lösungen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX)
 * Zertifizierung: Du bringst idealerweise eine Projektmanagement Zertifizierung (PMP, IPMA, Prince2) mit und bist bereits zertifizierter SCRUM Master.
 * Kommunikationsstärke: Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
 * Selbstständigkeit: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist lösungsorientiert und bringst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft mit.
 * Flexibilität: Du bist offen für neue Herausforderungen und bereit, dich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden.

## Description

* Projektmanagement: Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten oder auch die Rolle als SCRUM Master.
 * Analyse und Beratung: Du analysierst die Projektstruktur des Kunden und berätst hinsichtlich eines optimalen Projektaufbaus. Egal ob bei neu aufgesetzten oder bereits laufenden Projekten.
 * Projektvorgehen Klassisch und Agil: Du bist in der klassischen und der agilen Welt unterwegs und findest in Absprache des Kunden das projektspezifisch ideale Vorgehen und sicherst so die erfolgreiche Einführung beim Kunden.
 * Mediation und Stakeholder Management: Du schlägst als Vermittler die Brücke zwischen Fachseite, IT und Management. Darüber hinaus bindest Du die Stakeholder ein und hältst sie informiert.
