* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik und/oder Embedded Systems, ggf. Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker Elektrotechnik / Elektronik; alternativ Studium mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik oder technischer Informatik
 * Berufspraktische Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Elektronik (analog und digital) bis auf Bauteilebene
 * Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Electrical CAD Programmen (bevorzugt EAGLE und KiCAD); Erfahrungen mit Simulations-Tools wie z. B. LTSPICE sind wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung in der hardwarenahen Programmierung in den Sprachen C/C++ insbesondere von Mikrocontrollern
 * Eine gute Auffassungsgabe, analytische Denkweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
 * Lösungsorientiertes, ergebnisorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
 * Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten sowie die Bereitschaft zum abteilungsübergreifenden "Blick über den Tellerrand"
 * Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation mit ausländischen Lieferanten

## Description

Entwickler Hard-/Software (m/w/d)

 * Gestaltung des vollständigen Entwicklungsprozesses elektronischer Baugruppen und Systeme mit Fokus auf den Hardware-Teil des Projekts von der Konzeption über die Erstellung von Prototypen bis hin zur Serieneinführung
 * Hardwarenahe Programmierung in den Sprachen C/C++ insbesondere von Mikrocontrollern der Hersteller Microchip, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments und Espressif mit RISC- oder ARM-Architektur
 * Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Hardware- und Systemtests mit elektronischen Baugruppen sowie bei der Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen bis hin zur Implementierung in Serienprodukten
 * Erstellung von Mess- und Testaufbauten und ggf. dafür notwendiger Hard- und Software mit Blick auf die spätere Serienfertigung der entwickelten Baugruppen inklusive Dokumentation von Prozessen und Ergebnissen
 * Pflege, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Hard- und Software von bereits vorhandenen Serienprodukten
 * Systematische Fehleranalyse und -behebung an komplexen Systemen bei Reklamationen und als Unterstützung unseres technischen Kunden-Service
