## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in PC-Hardware, Peripherie und Netzwerktechnik
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticket-Systemen (idealerweise HALO ITSM)
 * Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung
 * Fähigkeit, selbstständig technische Probleme vor Ort zu lösen
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Standortbezogene Infrastrukturbetreuung, durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Service Desk, inkl. Ticketbearbeitung im HALO-IT-Tool.
 * Installation, Austausch, Konfiguration und Fehlerbehebung von Arbeitsplatz-Hardware (z. B. PCs, Monitore, Drucker)
 * Störungsbeseitigung vor Ort, wenn Fernwartung nicht ausreicht (z. B. defekte Anschlüsse, Hardwareausfälle)
 * Durchführung von IMAC-Services: Install, Move, Add, Change
 * Physische Netzwerkprüfungen, Tests von LAN-Ports, Patch Arbeiten und Kabelmanagement.
 * Unterstützung externer Dienstleister als verlängerte Werkbank. Begleitung vor Ort, Zugangskontrolle zu Serverräumen (nur an ausgewählten Standorten).
 * Rollout neuer Geräte, inkl. physischer Verkabelung, Inbetriebnahme und Test
 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb von Konferenz- oder Spezialtechnik
 * CMDB-Pflege, inkl. Dokumentation, Asset-Tagging, Aktualisierung von Hardware-Einträgen nach Austausch oder Ausmusterung.
