* Errichtung und Konfiguration von VoIP-basierenden Kommunikationsmanagementsystemen im Bereich der Leitstellen- und Wachentechnik für kritische Infrastrukturen (KRITIS).
 * Planung und Umsetzung von komplexen IT-Umgebungen nach BSI-Vorgaben
 * Aufbau und Konfiguration von IT- und TK-Anlagen
 * Installation von PC und Peripherieprodukten
 * Kundensupport
 * Mitwirkung bei der Planung von Projekten
